How we meet:
We usually meet weekly to start, because momentum is what breaks the autopilot. As things come back online, we settle into the rhythm that fits, every other week or monthly, depending on what’s shifting and what you’re noticing between sessions. The 6-month is there for anyone who’s been on autopilot a long while and wants room to take it slow.
