How we meet:

Sessions run 30 to 60 minutes, depending on what the day needs. On the 3-month we keep a steady weekly rhythm while we build traction. On the 6-month we start close together and then ease into every other week or monthly as the work allows, so you get depth without living in our calendar.

Some of this may fold right into our coaching depending on how deep we’re already going, and some may run as a separate add-on. We sort that out case by case, based on what you actually need
